I demonstrated aspects of Claircognizance (knowing), heightened self-awareness, empathy and creativity from a young age. I was raised Catholic but organized religion never resonated with my soul. Some of the ideas such as ‘Love thy Neighbor as Thyself’ seemed right to me, but the dogma and rules simply seemed disconnected, stifling and perpetuating suffering. In my 20’s I experienced some significant moments of synchronicity and awakening, as if the universe was flipping on a couple lights in me but I continued my life in a traditional way, friends, career and eventually marriage and fur babies.

I have always been interested in a wide variety of things, both of my parents were teachers and I am a perpetual student. Learning new things and putting my knowledge to use is an aspect of life that I truly delight in. I have always been interested in human behavior, psychology, health, holistic plant medicine, essential oils and crystals etc. but when I began experiencing a full awakening in 2017 those interests began to intensify and expand into the world of what I refer to as modern spirituality.

I believe in Oneness, the Law of Attraction, the power of focus, intention, and the quantum universe all of which tell us that everything is vibration and everything is connected. We also know now that energy is all around us but we just weren’t taught how to use or direct it. After a rather intense time of heart opening and experiences that put me on this path, I enrolled in an in-person Reiki course where I learned traditional Reiki and received my Master Attunement in 2019. I also began following various spiritual teachers from whom I integrate what resonates with me and continue to expand my understanding of energetic healing. This is an ongoing, never ending journey in which I find much joy.

My path has brought me to realize that my life will be that of a healer. One part of this path is energetic healing with Reiki, crystals, essential oils, sound and other tools to heal the physical body. The other portion of my path is healing the mind and reestablishing connection to the higher self or spirit. The services I offer reflect my integrated knowledge, put into practice in order to assist the healing of others.
